Can I get a tracking number for my order?

Unfortunately, at this time, we only offer untracked shipping.

What happens if my order is late?

If your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after the order is shipped, please let us know. Email us at starjoystudio@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you out.

What if I need my order to arrive by a certain date?

At this time, we only offer untracked shipping, so we can't guarantee delivery dates. However, if you are in a hurry, let us know and we can do our best to get your order processed as soon as possible. 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Star Joy Studio products are carefully packaged to keep them safe in transit. However, in the very unlikely event that something were to happen, please email us at starjoystudio@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you out.

Do you create these products? Could I find these products anywhere else?

Yes, and no! All Star Joy Studio products are unique and designed by me, Baylie Fortier, the artist behind the business. Most of our products are illustrated and designed by me; some are designed using other graphic assets remade to create something new.

Do you handmake these products?

Yes! At this time, all of our products are handmade with love right inside our little home studio.

Do you take suggestions for new products?

We love suggestions! Leave a comment on our socials, or send us an email. We'd love to hear what kind of products the community is looking for. 

Will you do fanart of XYZ book character?

Sadly, to avoid copyright infringement, we cannot release or sell any fanart without permission of the author/IP owner.

Are you available for commissions/freelance work?
